Looked at an interesting property today with a view to updating it and renting it and/or selling it. This is one of our big interests - property potential/opportunity/development. It's on the seafront, literally. I'd like to say it's in the Brighton of Dominica but it's probably more like the Belfast of. However, in estate agent's terms, if I was one, I'd say it was truly 'up and coming'. Will now work out if the figures stack up which translates into, will the bank cough up. I'm a creative accountant.........
